7 SATURDAYS STARTING MARCH 2, 2024, 10:30-NOON, ALL SAINTS EPISCOPAL CHURCH, LITTLETON, N.H.
A 6 week course will focus on the basics of an Alexander Technique approach to balance, walking, mindfulness, movement, sitting, breathing. We will learn some basic procedures to help you practice Alexander Technique, and we will work in your activity of choice. Tension-free, pain-free living is possible!
